GAIA Residences 🦚 Life Reimagined
Agency: GCC5
CHALLENGE
BPTP GAIA Residences a residential development was launching into a category that screams amenities: clubhouses, security, sky gardens, promised by every project on the stretch. GAIA actually had an edge, the first all-glass façade on Dwarka Expressway, but amenities don't make a story. The real question wasn't what to add. It was
how to tell the story of a project that already had almost everything.
WHAT WE FOUND
We stopped looking for another amenity and started looking for a symbol. Nothing in nature expresses elegance and royalty better than a peacock 🦚, and the research turned up something nobody in the category had used:
the peacock has been India's national bird since 1963. A market selling square footage had never claimed a national symbol.

WHAT WE DID: We built the brand around it.
One problem: bringing a real peacock onto set is prohibited. So we built one, generating and refining dozens of AI peacocks until one had the character the brand needed.

That peacock 🦚 became the asset running across every touchpoint, OOH, digital, print, broker decks, see them here below, even the interior finishes worked feather motifs into the design. Phase one almost sold out, and BPTP GAIA Residences became the talk of Gurugram, Haryana.
