This is D360: Saudi's first digital bank
Agency: Founder's Work
Saudi Arabia didn't need just another bank. It needed something that felt human.
When we started working with D360 bank, we started with a question most banks never ask: what if banking wasn't just about numbers? What if it was about trust, culture, and the everyday lives of the people who'd actually use it?
That question became our brief. The name, the identity, and the entire creative direction for D360 Bank was built around one idea: banking should feel like it belongs to the people it serves, not the other way around. Every decision, from tone to visual language, was shaped by Saudi culture and the aspirations of the community it was built for.
With SAMA's approval, D360 became Saudi Arabia's first fully digital retail bank, and the response wasn't just financial, it was cultural. Over 200,000 people joined the whitelist, waiting to be part of something that’s still growing today.
If there's one thing this project reinforced for us, it's that even the most regulated, numbers-driven industries are still built on trust, and trust is a story you have to tell human-first.
